Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis

Yoga therapy may help people with multiple sclerosis? In 2004, the Oregon Health & Science University found that the study of yoga significantly reduces fatigue in patients with multiple sclerosis. Activity data and research on yoga therapy for multiple sclerosis are rare, but the physics is certainly important for all MS patients.

What is Multiple Sclerosis and how yoga can help? Multiple sclerosis, also known as multiple sclerosis, is generally regarded as aneurological disorders.
